「It was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The location was great, just 3 min walk from the Shinjuku JR station and the highway bus station. Room was clean, staff was helpful. But l didn’t bring my own pillow this time and asked if they had latex pillow. They only provide a very soft pillow one or the one in the wardrobe was soft on top but with hard beans in the bottom. The staff tried his very best to communicate with us and asked if we were looking for 低反発 pillow. We said yes and asked...
