I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. 」

「Hotel is lovely. The food options are very elegant and delicious. The service is impeccable. Highly recommend. It’s very close to one of the stations so it’s easy to get everywhere. 「The breakfast place is a bit small . Need to line up for quite a while if coming by around 10 am . Which shouldn’t be the case of a 5 stars hotel . Breakfast could be improved anyway , especially if talking it is located in tokyo . Futhermore . The concierge service could be improved regarding recommendations of nearby restaurants . And the hotel has no its own escort service from / to airport . 」
