"Rooms are comfortable, staff are very good and the location is fantastic for exploring the restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to walk to from Hong Kong Station after taking the Airport Express. Bathroom could do with an update to a walk in shower stall instead of a tub shower to improve space. Can be cramped if you're tall, as the tub is raised. Other than that minor inconvenience, a very enjoyable stay."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay here. The room is clean and what I expected. The issue was the check-in process was a bit confusing. There is a reception area but it's located on the 3rd floor - this is not very clearly marked in the lobby with more prominent signage. I believe the photos of the lobby area are old and still show a reception area there.
