「This motel is the best motel my wife and i have ever stayed in, everything was just perfect. Staff very pleasant even when we asked if it was possible to have a ground floor owing to my wife's disability. Not only did they accommodate us with a ground floor unit, they up graded us to a Grand suite at no extra expense. This has been our second stay and will definitely stay again the next time we visit Shepparton.」

「This property needs a lot of maintenance. The carpets were terrible, all worn and bubbling, it felt like there was no underlay underneath the carpet. There was paint peeling from the walls and the whole place needs a good clean and repainting. The unit next door had nice floor boards and was much nicer. The soap dispensers in the showers are tacky. The kitchen was dirty, the cupboards needed wiping and the glass ware dirty. There was only one wine glass in the cupboard. The only good thing...
