front desk services is excellent, room is clean. For specifically 5/F that I stayed for a week, there are discrepancies found which is not just once, i think it is kind of training / standardization issues:
tea bags are not filled for 2 days, window was opened but without closing the insert-free screen, cups used was not cleaned for 3 days
The above are experienced for my last stay, and comparing the standards that received from previous.
