「The only positive about this place is the location, walking distance from the center of town and art/synagogue district. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. 「Amazing! An absolutely magnificent hotel, with ample places to relax and enjoy the outstanding views. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and fresh without being overwhelming. Staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Hands down the best atmosphere and service of any hotel I have visited in Israel. Spa was delightful with highly trained staff! Recommend!」

「The property was well- kept and the staff professional. Our floor was noisy and we could hear people in rooms next door and the floor above us. Also ants in our bathroom.」
