「Hotel perfectly situated to access the city. Very friendly staff. We had booked a superior double large room with a balcony. Room and balcony were a decent size big negative was the bed was two singles pushed together which were not held together which we found out when my wife fell through the gap! They did offer an alternative with a proper double bed but this was a standard room with no balcony so we decided to stay put. Don’t expect a “superior” room to have two single beds.」

Trato muy cercano y ágil. Habitación amplia y muy cómoda. Detallazo dejar de cortesía al huésped un surtido de tortas Ines Rosales :) Ubicación muy buena cerca del centro y con el metro en la puerta.」

「Good location as located in town centre which easy to access any sightseeing areas. Housekeeping is excellent as tidy up our sleeping clothes actively. Front desk staff (2 ladies and 1 man) are friendly and helpful. Good memories for us.」

「地理位置十分方便，無論購物或觀光都可以步行到達，酒店兩旁除了傳統西班牙餐廳外，係有中國菜及日本菜選擇。 但酒店設備裝置不太完善，浴室淋浴間漏水到外面，抽氣扇換氣量不足，洗澡後牆壁及地面會出現水漬，洗面盆冷熱水安裝位置錯誤，容易被熱水灼傷。 入住時前台建議用10歐羅升級套房，可惜房間是2樓和窗戶是向着後巷，完全不能享受西班牙冬日陽光及戶外環境。 但整體感覺良好，建議大家可以入住。 」

「Hotel is blessed with amazing infrastructure (the lift is a highlight!) and it's gorgeous; however, it is dated. Service at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk is superb - definitely 5*, but staff in restaurants, pool, bar were on the opposite. Often forgot orders, took a long time to arrive, or got the order/bill wrong. Real shame about that because the hotel itself has so much potential to offer, and in a perfect location. The garden can also do with some priming too...」

「離市區和車站有點距離（15分鐘左右），如果想住好點願意花一點錢搭Uber的人非常可以考慮。飯店內也有游泳池和健身房。飯店人員親切，樓下有飲水機可以裝水。」

「比较闹市的区域，对面是英国宫。自驾停车有点远在一个公共停车场，但是酒店有一定的折扣。半小时步行到塞维利亚西班牙广场，黄金塔等景点，离圣十字街区较近。」
