"This is a four star one star hotel. That means that for a lower end property, it’s a pretty good example. Parking is a nightmare as it is in a residential area and you will probably have to park at a garage a few hundred meters away and pay around 25 Euros a day. The hotel itself is a bit dingy but clean and you need a key to get into the property so safety is not an issue. The desk clerk has very limited hours but the instructions from the hotel were clear and correct so I was able to get in...

"It seems that IBIS offers good value, I stayed in another IBIS hotel in Madrid as well and I had the same impression. The room was comfortable, clean. The breakfast was very good. There was even some life music on some nights in the lobby where you can have dinner or a drink. You need a 35 min bus drive though to the major attractions in Seville but the bus station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. "

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel. My room was incredibly spacious. Clean and comfortable. Front desk was welcome and kind. The only thing I didn't like was how the area can be a little sketchy sometimes. The neighborhood is not the best but not the worst. One time I was returning to my hotel around 9:30pm via uber on a Saturday night and I was followed by a homeless man and he followed me all the way to the hotel steps. He was persistently calling out to me and matching my speed of walking....
