"The experience overall was okay. the management reached out immediately when knocked. The best part was that the property was very close to the lake. However there were certain things that needed attention. Eg; the sofa had dogs white hair, the cushion looks like it was bitten by a dog, one of the kitchen cabinet was broken, the blind in the loft room was busted, dead spider on the blinds, the main bedroom bed was extremely squeaky. "There was a last minutes confusion with booking of 3BR, which was changed to 2BR, lead to a lot of communications, waste of time and stresses for me. "This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling....

"Staff was very understanding and accomodating when we checked in late at night on a rainy day. Suite was just as described, the only thing was that the people above us were EXTREMELY LOUD. We could hear what must have been a party because furniture was being heavily moved around, someone sounded like they were bouncing a ball and we could hear their voices so clearly, we had to ask front desk to tell those people to tone down the noise at 9pm. Other than that, our stay was very nice."

Two of the beds weren't made, no apology was given and they insisted on interrupting our trip to come and make the beds after I said please dont. I probably wouldnt even bother to write this review had there been a sincere apology, I mean things happen right...Also the king bed was way too hard and there was glass doors on the den without curtains so you could not have privacy in that room. I think it could be way better if some things...
