「A comfortable hotel, but Hotels.com needs to make it clearer that this is one of those European hotels without staff, where one needs codes to enter the building and room. Unfortunately, the hotel never sent me the codes, and I stood outside the door for a good ten minutes before a kind passerby helped me by calling the hotel for me to ge the codes (my US phone doesn't work in Europe). Aside from that pretty major mistake, the room was fine.」

「非常靠近車站，就在車站對面，也有地下道可以通過。 房間不大，浴室有浴缸，空調良好。 問題是，樓下是ktv之類的環境，晚間非常吵，如果您的睡眠質量不高，請不要選擇。」

「農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います」

「泊單車收費，水吧要100歐元按金應預先說明！收費後要十天才退回不合理。退房時沒有帳單！說會電郵給我，兩星期仍未收到！提供的風扇壞了，要求更換，只有一把微型風扇。前台服務員說只是學生，什麼也未能幫忙！餐廳酒店管理很有問題！如要帳單，要再電郵酒店索取，十分不合理！ 」

「Bâtisse pleine de cachet, charmante, à proximité d'un supermarché Colruyt et à quelques minutes du centre de Huy en voiture. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus ! Dans la chambre : agencement un peu particulier, la salle de bain étant en bas, ce qui complique les visites nocturnes aux WC notamment pour les enfants.
