"Reception Staff generally satisfactory but unable to improve room condition except for a Chinese man on 10 Sept night shift. Wifi was terribly poor at room area and frustrating Spoilt Room shower head was not attended by anyone except 11 Sept night receptionist. No disposable or any sandal was provided ..."

Disappointed stay
"Not worth paying such amount for very basic amenities. Mentioned kitchenette but no stove, no utensils, no tissues provided. Beds not properly made, seemed like bedsheet was not changed, sand all over beds. I only like the view."

"It’s an old property. Maintenance was at bare minimum. Bed sheets, pillow covers & blankets have stains. Cleanliness was average. Owners should think of refurbish the rooms."
