「The property is ideally located in the prime area of the piazza neighborhood with easy access to transport and amenities. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and ready to meet your needs at any cost. The hotel room and all accessible areas are spotlessly clean. 「The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!」
