Wonderful place right in the beach. Views of the ocean, small kitchenette for extended stays. Hot tub and pool were clean. Paul was working the front desk. He was friendly and took thebtime to give me recommendations for restaurants nearby. Will absolutely stay again.

Check in was good and staff was friendly. Room was grouse/ not cleaned, wallpaper coming off wall, patio door wouldn’t open, Curtains would not move and stayed in one position, windows so dirty I couldn’t see the ocean from the ocean front room I paid for. I did however had a great view of the restaurant roof. Door knob to bathroom door fell off and had to have maintenance come and reattach. Bathtub was about ready to fall through the floor and uneven. The tub floor was soft and bubbling. Pool water dark color and not clean. Tile in pool floor was black moldy. Now I let the front desk know all of this and still didn’t even get a discount for my stay. Now owner/manger please don’t reply with we are in the process of updating the hotel cause for Christ sake you have had over 8 months to clean the hotel properly and last time I checked a door knob doesn’t cost that much. Doing small things during the process of a full gut and remodel goes along way. Especially when I paid top dollar for a horrible trip.

It was our first time staying and it was a nice getaway. We were notified there is a lot of updating going on, so I imagine the items throughout our stay that needed attention will be taken care of with those repairs. The pool and hot tub water was quite murky and didn't feel like it was clean. We will give it another chance.

The room was dirty on the floor and toilet. The loft windows upstairs were broken in a cracked position and would not close properly. I forgot my charger cord there and I've called twice. Both times they said it would be here in a couple of days. So far its been over 2 weeks and I will call tomorrow and ask again. Ive stayed here befor a few times and never any issues, but this time the dirty grossed me out. I had wipes with me and I cleaned it myself. Especially because I had my 3 yr old grandson with me. I love Seaside and I'll be back.

There was one person in front of us at check in and it took 20 mins and both associates. The line got 5 people long. That was the only down side. Other that that we were pleased with everything else

I've stayed here a couple of times and both times it was merely out of convenience. I will never stay here again. The staff is perfectly fine. It's the paper thin walls, being able to hear every thing from every room around you. Toilets, showers, doors slamming shut, complete conversations, someone snoring, everything. The squeaky box spring on top of all that made me unable to sleep all night. I understand i only paid for an economy room, but that's because i paid for a king suite with an ocean view and balcony my last stay and BOY was that just not worth it. That stay was also horrible. Not sure why i decided to come back except for convenience. Only perk is being able to walk from the hotel to just about anywhere. That's it. Never again. Oh, one final thing - the walkways outside the hotel rooms to get to/ from the rooms and elevators are SUPER sloped. Does not feel safe to me at all. Terrifying to think it might give out while I'm working on the 4th floor. I hope someone can reach out to me to at least apologize for my experience.

Property was nice, needs some deep cleaning on inside and outside. Needs hot tub and pool cleaned more often, had sand in the bottom of the hot tub and pool was cloudy, Room was nice but needs deep cleaned, bottom of front door had gap and cold air coming in. Stove was older, plexiglass on deck needs cleaning. Bathtub faucet was extremely hard to turn on and off had to smack it to shut off, took both hands to pull out to turn on.

This hotel had a beautiful view and great balcony area. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. We had a great time. Also super easy walking distance to the beach and bars and restaurants.

I hate leaving reviews but these things need to be looked into considering the price you’re paying. Kitchen oven had no indicators to know where you’re setting the heat to. So the oven was useless. Stove we eventually figured out after messing with it for a while. We stayed during the week days and staff was pretty much unavailable.. we would call front desk for more towels 5-7 times (not kidding) no answer. Went to the front desk, stood there for about 5-7mins, could hear people in the back but no one came to the front to help. Called again in the morning, finally someone answered and he said it would be 30mins before we could get towels.. it was completely dead so we didn’t understand why it would take so long. Overall not too bad just wish there was more service available. No house keeping the entire 3 days we stayed. I had to ask for extra trash bags, laundry bags, towels ect. Room wasn’t that bad but a lot of things need to be updated. I personally wouldn’t stay here again
