「This new(ish) courtyard is very clean and the floor we were on was the absolute quietest, the beds are heavenly and they have nugget ice machines that also have water instead of just ice. We had an issue with a fixture being broken and were quickly given another room by the extremely pleasant desk clerk. The pool/hot tub being out of commission and there being no coffee without paying (this seems like a bare minimum to me but I keep encountering it, so I guess I am officially pretty old and...

「The staff was super friendly and helpful, the hotel is really nice looking. The only complaint I had was the bed was terrible. The metal box they sit on makes so much noice with every tiny move you make and the mattress was super uncomfortable. The middle of it sank in I was sleeping in a hole.
