「Loved our room, although it was a bit dated and the "daily cleaning" consisted of replacing towels and making the bed. Pools were great, but noticed on Monday and Tuesday the towels were overflowing at the pool pickup spot and no one was taking care of them. When Kathy came back on Wednesday, she worked her butt off to get it back to normal again. 」

「We like the large suites with private balcony on 2nd floor and ocean view. When we arrived we were directed to a standard room. We booked thru Expedia and thought we were getting a suite. We took all our luggage up to the room, but were unable to close the door. We told the front desk the problem with the door and requested a suite. We were able to get a suite by paying more.」
