"Great location in the centre of town. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms have separate toilet, which is helpful for families, would be great if it had a sink. Rooms large with comfy beds. Pillows need attention, one is very lumpy. Could not get air con to blow out cold air. Room very hot had to open window which was noisy. Overall though good stay. "

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"I had stayed at a number of budget hotels in my 30+ years of traveling. Even at a budget hotel it should be clean. When I checked in, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling. After some discussion they moved me to another room which was cleaner but then the TV didn't work. I again raised this to their attention and they said only two TVs work in the buiding and they were renovating and did not have a timeline of when the TVs would be working for anyone. "We stayed for 2 nights and had a good stay. We had a bad start with check in. We arrived at 3pm and It took a while to get checked in and the original room wasn’t ready so they had to give us another room. The receptionist was accommodating and asked us if we wanted a room with a shower or Bath and if we wanted a room at the front or back. She upgraded us and we had a lovely warm comfortable room at the front of the hotel looking out on the street. The hotel was in an ideal location and it was...
