「The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

「We had a good time, it is a beautiful apartment and it was nice, things we didn’t like are the terrace, which was dirty with bird poo and to be asked to take all trash away, in a short vacation I would have liked to pay extra for the service and not do it. Apartment very reachable with the metro and tram line with nice surroundings, with a nice bakery close by.」

「I was unable to check in because I did not receive any contact from the host on the day of my stay. Furthermore, the host contacted me on the day of my stay to say that the apartment was closed because he had made a mistake with the reservation date. This is a very malicious host. I have not received any contact regarding a refund. I am currently requesting Expedia to handle this.」
