「Checking in was easy. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that we were put on the second floor and there were rooms available on the first floor. There are no elevators so climbing stairs with luggage was a bit challenging. But this hotel, I would definitely recommend it to everyone. 」

「The property has tremendous potential but needs updating and a coat of paint. Everyone was really nice and the ride across the water was short and smooth. Fortunately repairs were underway and hopefully the next time we go it will be in much better condition. 」

「We loved our stay here! We felt comfortable and relaxed. The view off our balcony was unbelievable. They were very accommodating and easy to reach if anything was needed during our stay. There's a very nice restaurant located on property and you're within walking distance to Cane beach and a couple other restaurants. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting St. Croix. We've stayed at other nearby resorts and The Waves was by far the BEST option for us. Highly recommended. 」

「Grapetree rooms have been updated and are very clean, comfy bed and great air conditioner !Staff is nice and food is very good! It’s quiet and has a big bar overlooking the ocean ! It’s on a small beach but not a swimmable one .Pool is big and warm . It’s open all the time which is awesome! It’s more of a resort for the older crowd and couples because it’s out quite far , which we loved! Make sure you have a car to go into town and visit the great beaches! We loved our stay here !!! 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Palms. Great location. They had nightly entertainment by the pool/bar area. The rooms were separated from that area so they were nice and quiet. Rooms were clean but need a slight update - perfect for a beach getaway. The AC in our room rocked! Staff was helpful and attentive. Compliments to the chef!」

「/We had a great stay at Victoria house. The property was clean and right next to the beach where there is turtle watching and snorkeling. Plenty of places to get food and right next to the center of arts. The town is quaint but with a 20 minute drive to anything you may want to do. The bar next to it gets pretty loud but closes early. We would stay here again. for price, location and overall experience. 」

「I loved everything about the place , staff was excellent. Casino across the street was nice. The only thing i wasn't happy about was the Tuscany restaurant wasn't open every day, so dinner buffet wasn't that great, especially the money we paid to stay thete. Stoll we enjoyed ourselves. happy 」

「Bed was comfortable and the suite was very roomy. The restaurant was not very welcoming and it seemed like it was a bother so I ate elsewhere except for my final evening. I witnessed the same happen to another couple. Definitely good potential but improvements need to be made. 」
