Went here for an interview. The staff here are friendly and helpful. We checked in earlier than our time but they managed to get a room ready for us, which I’m grateful for. Though the room can be a little cleaner. The bathroom didn’t have hand soap and there were weird splatters on the bathtub floor. It was just for one night and it was close to where I’m interviewing, so I’m grateful for the stay.

The bedroom windows need curtains. Bright outside lights come right thru the windows. Too bright. Corridor sprays too much deodorizer and it is really over powering.

Cockroaches running up my arm woke my son and me, the facility was not well kept and the staff made no attempt to make it better and since I booked through Expedia they made 0 effort to cancel my 2nd night or somehow make it up for the bad experience.

Just not at all what we were expecting for our one night stay in Bradenton. Two towels, no hand towels. Limited toiletries. Had to "borrow" iron and board from front desk.Wiped up a small water spill in BR area, towel was filthy. Limited staff at front desk. No available checkin at 2 PM and virtually no lobby to wait, so sat in car.

When we got there the kid working the counter had a big door shut so we thought nobody was there for quite a while until he finally opened it! Got checked in and the room had dog hair all over the wood floors, little cockroaches spotted 4 times, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, water pressure was poor and lastly the beds were like hospital mattresses 😅 I have never left a negative review but since we paid like $230 for the night, I was like SHEESH!

My husband and I stayed in this place one night. This place had vehicles up on blocks in the back parking lot. When we checked the staff was nice, but the refrigerator in our room didn't work and they brought us a different one. The next day we woke up, my went to the bathroom to and turned on the light abd he saw live cockroaches running for cover. We decided to pack up and leave after that and as I was packing our stuff. I saw dead cockroaches in the dresser drawers where our clothes had been. Needless to say we had to shake our clothes before packing and rewash them just to be safe. When we checked out the GM said he would give authorization to expedia to refund our money for the rest of our two week stay. Expedia was unable to contact them until over a week later and the GM daid he would only refund us for 3 nights out of our two week stay, because we left the room dirty. We had bought the dishes they had available at the front desk and clean them before we left. Since we had stayed only one night we didn't make the bed, because we thought that housekeeping would clean it up, and we left some trash in the trash can from our leftover dinner the night before. We were afraid to take our leftovers with us because we thought the bugs might have gotten to our food. My husband and I will never stay at this hotel EVER again.

This property was awful! We did not stay, it smelled like a horrible air freshener exploded trying to cover up water damage/mold. I have to kids with asthma we definitely could not stay there.

The shower had no hot water ( maybe 70 degrees ) no water pressure, could barely rinse soap from hair. The tub felt like it was going to fall through. The hot water was actually turned off under each sink, fridge not working, car on blocks in parking lot, guys sitting in front of office on curb drinking beer, marijuana smell everywhere. Unless you cant find anything else, stay away from thia place.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit in the face with a smell that I can only describe as cooked broccoli that has been sitting on the counter for 2 days. I immediately opened the window and turned the air conditioner fan on full-blast but it didn’t help. I asked the front desk if we could change rooms and there weren’t any available, but he gave me a can of air freshener. I immediately started looking for another hotel to move to but everything was booked. We made it through one night, but couldn’t stand the smell any longer so thankfully found a new hotel to move to for the remainder of our trip. Other things to note: water only got warm, not hot, and there was very little water pressure. My son wanted to take a bath but it would have taken hours to fill the tub. The bathtub still had hair in it when we checked in. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I do have to say that the staff was kind and respectful, and the manager did refund my remaining nights when I told him we couldn’t stand another night there. While I was at the desk 2 other people came by to complain. Hopefully big changes are made at this property—I feel bad for anyone who doesn’t have the option to leave.

Real dumpy for the price / this is not more than a 1-1/2. 2 star tops - The only reason it was not all one star is the checking in (checked in about 10:00 pm) and checking out staff were excellent- the dude in the morning was very friendly and help to everyone in the lobby.
