「The hotel is reasonable and fair - expected more for a 4-star. The restaurant is a negative point for me - you don't feel you are in a restaurant; it looks more like a regular room with tables and chairs (huge and heavy), which does not look great. The restaurant staff were not friendly, speaking too fast and low, which was hard to understand. Food took a long time and was nothing more than ordinary food. 「飯店感覺像是私人莊園改建，很有古典味道，但因為報到櫃檯在2樓，1樓沒有接待人員，若攜帶大行李，很不方便。初報到得自己扛行李上去，或先上去請人下來搬行李，但是完全沒指引，讓人摸不著頭緒。飯店設施有點歷史，房間有些陳舊的氣味，有些門把及鎖不太靈光。以鄉村來説，整體還不錯。雖然飯店人員說走路到Coimbra大學只要15～20分鐘，但實際上不止，以一般東方人非健走的腳程，絕對要40分鐘以上，因為過河後，一路是上坡，沒有遮蔭，天氣熱時，很辛苦。」
