「We recently stayed at Grand Hotel Dei Castelli in Sestri Levante, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel boasts spacious and elegant rooms, and the breakfast buffet was satisfactory. 「One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. 」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」
