「The staff is absolutely exceptional. Very kind, polite, helpful and the nicest people. The location is pretty good too - about a 15-20min walk to old Funchal. The walk back could be longer due to the uphill but nothing too crazy. Parking can be tricky but I never had an issue parking at the lot that was designated for the buildings but not for the hotel. The hotel could really use an upgrade on their rooms however. Possibly a fan as it can get quite hot. The walls are very thin and you can hear...
