I love staying at this hotel! It’s quaint and charming in decor, clean, and a safe location, walking distance to the Plaza. I just wish the restaurant would open again. Otherwise it’s a great boutique hotel.

We have stayed here several times and are always pleased with the wonderful service and beautiful rooms. Each room is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Being able to walk to the Plaza is a huge plus for us as well. A must stay in Santa Fe.

Room was very clean, the fireplace was beautiful, the shower was so warm and steamy and big! The breakfast had a wonderful spread of options to choose from, not those cheap hotel scrambled eggs either! Front desk was very polite and helpful as well. This was an excellent stay for our one night!

We had a late arrival and their office closes at 8:00 pm. We were told our keys would be in the black mail box. Upon arrival the box was locked. We apparently needed a code to open it. We called the emergency after hours number which went to voicemail. The mailbox is located outside and it was snowing....very disappointing. Had to go to another hotel.

Excellent facility with a great location. Located in historical Sante Fe the museums , shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. The room was very comfortable and furnished in south west theme. Staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety and fresh options. Highly recommend this Inn.

Alvin was amazing at telling us about the property and he was very kind. It is the only hotel that I have stayed that was very quiet and had a nice place to eat within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Several things in the room did not work: the remote for the tv, hard to adjust the heat, accessing Wifi. Maybe a booklet in the room with operational directions could help. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful! If you bring your own wine there were 2 wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a silver ice bucket. Classy. You also can build a fire in an adobe fireplace! The breakfast was outstanding served in a lovely dining room. Home made salsas, fried country potatoes, bacon, eggs with spinach, french toast, all kinds of fresh fruits with yogurt, juices, coffee, milk and cereal. The chef was friendly and eager to please. Staff was friendly!

I lost my wedding ring in the room. We looked everywhere. So all we could presume is that it fell off my finger into the toilet. We requested a call from the owner, offered a $2500 reward and to pay for a plumber. The staff also messaged her multiple times. She never had the courtesy to call us back. DONT STAY HERE. Also, while they are planning to add more rooms, they should at least take care of what they have. Broken tiles, bathroom needed updating, inaccessible outlets, and more!

This property is definitely showing its age! The people are very nice, but some money has to be put into this inn because it is not the place it was 10 years ago. Our 1st room was very loud, with lots of little broken things including a TV that wouldn’t change the volume. They moved us to another room the last night and the heater/cooler on the wall didn’t work at all. The front desk person said, ‘yes, that’s why there is a litttle space heater in the corner.’ There was a fireplace with instructions for building a fire but they didn’t have any wood (and we questioned how long it had been since they ever did). The location is still wonderful, and the staff quite nice, but the property needs a renovation!

Found in a great location downtown making walking to restaurants and shopping easy. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, although the bathroom could use more space. The one downside was that we were on ground floor and the guests above seemed to have been walking around and moving things around pretty much all night. ☹️. Needless to say, this did prevent us from getting a good night’s sleep.

The hotel is a great historical site. It's very Santa Fe inspired-beautiful decor, fireplaces in each room, etc. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. The free breakfast is great and everything was very easy.
