「Todo espectacular 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Our stay at Rok Plaza was absolutely lovely.The hotel itself is charming and perfectly located right by the sea.Kathy was wonderful…her warm welcome and hospitality made us feel right at home.She gave us excellent recommendations for dining and even helped us arrange a car rental,unfortunately there were none available at the time.remember to book a car in advance because they go quickly. Tenerife South is a beautiful destination, would recommend it. 」

「It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family. Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing. The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch. If...
