We were traveling for over 8 hours so by the time we got to the hotel, there was nobody at the front desk to greet you. I had already opted for a digital key, but it wouldn't work. I called/texted the number and the manager was extremely rude and condescending. Kept yelling at my husband that he wouldn't talk to him since room was in my name, yet he kept texting him back asking if we got into our room. My digital key would not work so he told me how to get the master room card key from the front area, but not before the manager kept yelling profanities at my husband telling him he can have us thrown out and have my husband arrested. All because by this time it was 1am and we were irritated about not being able to get into our room. If I knew I would have such an issue with a digital key, I would have asked them to leave a room key but since I never had this issue before, I didn't think to. The icing on the cake after finally getting into our room and falling asleep was housekeeping banging on our door at 9am. If you go, just beware of the manager as he didn't seem like he wanted to help and kept making it out to be our fault the digital key wasn't working. The harassing comments were also extremely uncalled for when we were only trying to ask for help. I would never stay here again just because of him.
