「very nice hotel.」

「Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. 」

「Waren nur für eine Nacht nach einer Hochzeitsfeier. Zweckmäßig, sauber, ruhig, leider etwas hochpreisig. Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstück.」

「Sehr sauber und ruhig, Zimmer schön sauber, Bett sehr bequem, Wellnessbereich klein aber schön. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Personal sehr Freundlich. Mit dem Abendessen im Restaurant war ich nicht zufrieden. Bestellung ging flott und das war es dann auch, die Suppe kam nach 20 Minuten und leider nicht heiß, auf mein Satirische Hänchensalat musste ich noch mal 30 Minuten warten, bis ich mich aufmerksam gemacht habe. 」

「Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable...

「I enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay in a very comfortable, super clean room. This hotel is an easy walk to the senior living facility a little over a kilometer down the road. 」

「The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. I needed to stay around for a few more hours after my check out and they offered extended time on my room or a nice sitting spot in the lobby. The hotel is also very clean and kept in a very professional manner. Would strongly recommend! 」

「I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax. I highly recommend...
