「Perfectly located in the center of Grace Bay, Villa Renaissance checked all the boxes for us. Like many "resorts" there, Villa Renaissance condos are privately owned. 「The hotel staff was not very friendly. My flight was delayed a day so I emailed them letting them know. When I arrived, they had given my room away and wanted to upcharge me for a better room.
