「Had an amazing overnight stay at QSF to celebrate our Anniversary. Rooms are excellent, well equiped and very clean . Bed was very comfortable .Pre booked the restaurant and the staff had set up a table by the window for us , decorated with balloon for our Anniversary , lovely touch . The food was simply amazing ,with each course we had wine pairing , could not fault anything. Staff in all areas were friendly and attentive. Thankyou for an amazing night , we cannot wait to return .」

「Mainly fine. Friendly check in. Don't like the fact that my card was debited £50 despite assurance it wouldn't be. I had already paid so why the debit on my card? Hoping this is refunded ASAP .I understand a swipe in case of damage etc , but they should definitely not have taken a debit from it without my authority. BLACK MARK FOR THIS. A suggestion would be to provide disposable shower/bath sponges. Also bedroom walls are very thin meaning enforced listening to next room's conversation....

「An unexpected stay here after a cancelled ferry at Heysham but what a gem, such helpful staff, off road parking, amazing food and spotless clean. Ignore any dubious reviews, yes there are tired spots but these are all far outweighed by the positives. Only a 15 minute drive to Heysham too…」

「On night stay for a football game. Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and so the front is covered in scaffolding and the halls and stairways are certainly more than a little tired That said the staff were exceptionally friendly, the room itself was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was strong, the shower was hot and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay here again 」
