聖拉法艾Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「The front desk works were sorta rude. My reservations was a gift paid for by a family member and I was told they had to make sure I had money in order to stay so they took 75 dollars from my checking not telling me that they where gonna take 75 dollars and it bouncing my account. The staff pretty much made me and my boyfriend feel like money makes a person and how dare we be there. The random stranger were kinder just walking by saying hello. The room was clean though the pillows blankets all...

「The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel manager was very welcoming. Because I checked in around 6pm, I was told that the only room left was the room facing the street across from the freeway. The noise was tolerable going to be (white noise) but the sounds of freeway traffic woke me early in the morning. I'm hoping that a room further from the freeway, next time, will be more comfortable. 」
