The grounds and beach are the best (the water is the most beautiful), food was just fine, we liked the most the service and food at Grill. For the things we don’t like was our room (it had had some stains on the floor on both sides of the bed, something was spilled, and when communicated it - they just advised that that’s the kind of floor and they are not able to...

「Property is beautiful at the resort office, restaurant and beach. The water is gorgeous but it's mostly saltwater pools. No direct access to the beach from the resort but still amazing views of the water. The restaurant food is pretty good just a little pricier than the other food options nearby. The villa was gorgeous inside and out. Gated and totally private. The lights in the backyard and pool weren't working - called the front office and someone came out to try to fix it but he couldn't so...

「I basically wanted the room and not the all inclusive because I was going to travel around. The place was pretty clean. The ocean view is beautiful, but there’s no beach. you have to take your car or take transportation to the closest bayahibe beach. The room was clean and well maintained. I would probably stay there again for the same reason.」
