I did not end up staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, front desk attendant was rude and condescending from the moment I walked in.
I was told Expedia shouldn’t have confirmed a reservation with them. They were basically fully booked. He proceeded to look at his computer (while grumbling that the reservation shouldn’t have been booked), shaking his head, stated that housekeeping had not been there that day. He found me a room type that I booked. He said See if that works. Went to the room and it was used (bed was still not made and bathroom unclean). I promptly returned to the front desk. I asked what my options were. I was told condescendingly that my only choice was another room with a double bed. Fine, happens. Front desk said You’re getting a bigger room for the same price- I don’t know what you would have to complain about. Went to that room, but the AC was not working. I returned back down to the front desk to inform him of the problem, where again he curtly told me to plug in the unit and it will work with the thermostat. I went back again to the room and still not working. Back to the front desk. He was not helpful to find a solution. Proceeded to speak to me rudely, and I called him out on it. Told me he won’t be lectured to. Terrible service. I was told just call Expedia and tell them we can’t accommodate you. We do it all the time.
It’s was so late at this point, and he was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. No courtesy. I left. Would not recommend.
