The property location was the best! Old San Juan had many food, music, and shopping options. Ubers were available, easy to get, and inexpensive. The room was clean and the decor was neat. The bed was very firm (too firm for us), but new. The staff were very friendly. No breakfast at the hotel, but coffee is available in a.m. hint: bring your own coffee cup. The cups provided are very small. Would recommend and stay again.

If you want a cheap no frills but excellent location hotel, this is fine. If you are traveling with anyone that wants more than the most basic amenities and accomodations, go elsewhere. I was traveling with just my 16 year old son so we didn't need anything other than basic. We walked all over lovely old San Juan from this hotel and that's all we wanted.

Simple hotel with a perfect old town location
You really can’t beat this hotel given the location and price. The room is nothing special but the bed was comfortable, the AC and TV worked, and the shower had hot water. What more do you need from a hotel when you’re out walking around all day? The front desk staff were all very friendly as well.

Hotel in the center, on the main street. Location sensational. Only at night very noisy, because you can hear everything. The hotel is old and dirty. Reception only until 1am Once they changed the access code to the hotel and did not notify me. I stood at the door at night and no one answered the phone. I wouldn't have responded a second time.
