「The hotel looks like it used be much livelier. It's a bit worn down and could use some updating. For example, I could not find a power outlet or USB connectors near the nightstands. The lights had a cold temperature. Warmer lights would be nicer. Some paint was chipping off of the walls. On the plus side, the room was spacious. The shower was functional and had good water pressure. Free water was provided. The mini refrigerator worked well. The free wifi was handy. The heating and cooling...

This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage...

「It’s basically feel like an apartment , I stayed at a suite so the room space is good. The bed is queen size and kind of small for two people. There is paid room cleaning service and provide shampoo/soap one time while you checked in even it needs at least 6 nights stay for your booking. The neighborhood is superb since very closed to Santana row and mall. 」

「The only issue I had was the paperwork and communication was annoying. I had to fill out two different forms with basically the same information. I got 27 emails from booking to checkout. That was excessive. The place itself was fine. Easy walk to the restaurants and stuff.」

「We had a family trip to meet up with friends and families in the area. Perfect location and just exactly what we needed. Host was good at checking in before and after our stay. 」

Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
