The service was exceptional! Staff was very helpful and always available. The property itself is beautiful. There is nothing here that is not worthy of five stars. We enjoyed very much our staying. The staff went beyond to accommodate our needs. They ordered the taxi, dry our clothes after a rainy trip and mad ensure to get to the airport in time. The hotel has a really nice restaurant, and the food was excellent. Honestly, I would return to Costa Rica just to eat here. If you're looking for an experience and not just a hotel, this is the place .
