I checked in with them in the morning, yet couple nights before my arrival, I called them to let them know that I will be there late but I will be there, so I got there at around 8am. I could hear them speaking in their language saying that they rented my room because they thought I wasn’t going to show up. So they seemed to quickly figure a random room for me. I got to the room. I got situated in the room and as soon I opened the bathroom, the toilet was full of short dark curly hair, the water wouldn’t go down the sink, the light above the sink was out, the tv screen was broken and no microwave as shown on the website and the room was not swept. I called the office immediately to switch the room, nobody answered (definitely they knew where the call was coming from). I was dead tired after a long flight so I didn’t go down to office and I thought to go down later.and I fell asleep. When I woke up a few hours later just to discover how nasty the shower was. Foam dried up on the wall. Unbelievable how gross it was. I went to the reception to request a room change but how rude of a person he was. Can not believe the way they treat their customers. He refused to change my room. I even requested a room cleaning, I even paid a tip and told the cleaning lady that I would be happy even if she just cleaned the toilet and shower and left the motel to come back only to see the toilet cover down. No cleaning nothing. What a backward set of people run this place. Such a shame.
