I have several complaints about my stay in "Days Inn by Wyndham Redwood City".
I had to change my room 2 times so far.
1- I changed my first room because its toilet flush was not working.
2- I had to changed my second room after 6 days of staying because of sewer in its bathtub. It was horrible.
3- In my third room, I have to turn on the rest room fan all the time, otherwise it smell very bad because of the bathtub drainage.
4- I chose this hotel because of having breakfast and WiFi. The breakfast is very limited and low quality. Also, WiFi is very unstable and it disconnects every 20-30 mins.
5- The fridge was so noisy and was whistling throughout the night. I could not sleep well because of that.
You may book this hotel for its reasonable price, but you will regret it.
You can still find better hotels for this price.
I reached out for the manager, but he did not care.
After all, I contacted Expedia for these issues. Expedia contacted the hotel manager and staff for more investigation. They confirmed having these issues and yet, they did not do anything about it. I asked for compensation and they did not respond to my request.
