「The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom」

「Very Nice small hotel. Very close to shops and restaurants. There was some noise from surrounding bars Hen being on thé pool. Very Nice breakfast. If i could give one advice , pls make a shelf in the reception area for thé books, this would be much more attractive tahn thé small cabinet. Overall we had a wonderfull stay . 」

「I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and didn't ask for the 150 euro deposit. I was given a map and shown how to access my apartment for the...
