The customer service was absolutely terrible. This gentlemen with dark, curly hair and a beard (who was working the front desk and not wearing a name tag) was rude, inattentive, and unhelpful. He didn’t mention the IHG rewards program when I first got to the hotel (which is free and included a lot of perks that helped me save money). Instead, he charged me full price for the parking which was $38/night. This other employee at the front desk named Mira was great! She educated me about the program and took her time to explain the process on how to sign up. She told me by being a member, I could check in early for free and save $10/night on parking. That other gentlemen did not care about the customer or their needs; he was just doing the bare minimum. During check out, that same gentleman assisted me. When he gave me the receipt, I noticed that he charged me three times for parking instead of two. He charged me twice for the same night (one for $38 and one for $28) and the following night for $28. When I brought it to his attention, he gave me attitude and said I was wrong. He insisted that only two-night parking was charged. When I asked him to take another look, he did not admit to his mistake or apologize to me. He just processed the refund and gave me a new receipt. Whoever this gentleman was, he needs to be accounted for. Due to this experience, I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend to anyone. Very disappointing.
