Went to check in and they said There’s no reservation only for Expedia. (I have my confirmation number etc.). So I tell the unfriendly employee just give me a room. Get the room and I had to bust out and video the room so I don’t get blamed for all the damages in room. Hole in wall, none of the plugs worked on the lamps by bed, hole on the chair, the rr door frame broken so it didn’t shut, we had to barricade main room door also because kept opening, refrigerator was broken and ugly, and when we came back at night there were 3 small roaches in our room.
The bed and pillows were actually comfortable and the cleaning lady was very nice.
