This place was terrible, I could even stay for a minute, I have booked non-smoking room through Hotels.com, then I got the room and it has very bad smell, and the trash cans were full, it seems it was used before we get it, the room was in a terrible condition. Then I went back to talk to the front desk agent, he told me this is the only room he has, and I can tell the place was empty there were 4 or 5 cars only in the parking lot, I told him I don't want the room he said he will refund me if the agent called him then I have left and I contacted Hotels.com the agent contacted the front desk guy and he told the agent that he offered me another room which is not correct, anyway the agent told me that he can't do anything since he followed the procedure! I don’t know how Hotels.com listed that property in thier listing and it has very bad reviews and reputation, also as a customer they should protect me, but that didn’t happen and they believed that front desk guy, this is totally unacceptable. Lesson learned, I will never use Hotels.com again or any third party booking company. And don't even think to stay in this property.
