「Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again.」

「Gréât staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Brice. Wonderful view from room overlooking the chateau of Carcassonne. Location is good, can walk to the Chateau in 5 to 10 minutes. Short walk of 5 minutes to Place Carnot for restaurants. 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「This hotel is located in a good location near the old town. The room is so small but clean. The breakfast is simple and is not worthy for the price. Anyway, the low price for stay should be ok for those travelers.」
