「The room we were sent to on checkin was still dirty, with garbage takeout containers and the bed tossed. The second room we were sent to was the wrong type of room completely. Even on our third trip to the front desk, the clerk just blamed “something wrong in the system” and clearly couldn’t be bothered to care and certainly couldn’t muster the energy to apologize for the inconvenience or waste of our time. The third room, was fine, but upon entering the bathroom, we found that the curtains...

「Rooms and all areas were clean. The staff were ok. They seemed like they didn’t want to be and just bored with their job. The pool was FABULOUS, but the chemicals literally had my eyes burning like someone had cut an onion and rubbed it all over my eyes, but it didn’t affect my husband or kids. The breakfast was really good too. There wasn’t a lot of seating though. 」
