"My mom was very disappointed for her flight to London was cancelled, and she have to look for some Hotel to stay overnight. Her mood changed from sad to super happy when she entered this hotel wich was only 2 minutes walk from Riga Airport, she was greeted by very professional and friendly staff, they check her in earlier,give her every support she needed ,and mom said she had best hotel night ever,and bonus was morning very taste breakfast,highly recommend, thank you very much Sky High hotel...

"Really central location. Easy walk to Old Riga and the main tourist attractions (House of the Blackheads, Occupation of Latvia museum etc). If you are getting the bus from the airport the stop is right on the street in front so very convenient. The room was really nice and had everything needed. The only downside was my room was at the front of the property right near the tram line so you could hear the trams later into the evening. "

"The room had more than enough space for one person like me. The only real downside was the minibar wasn't working and the hotel did not fixed it after i told the reception desk. They told me the hotel is upgrading the minibars.The other minor thing was the shower cabin was very tight. Otherwise i had a good experience at the hotel."

"Well positioned and convenient for all transport. Within walking distance of almost everything. Possibly too many door codes but McDonalds seemed obliging when using their entrances & exits! Fine, simple and straightforward. Initial entry slightly awkward as no details of door codes etc. received from Expedia until after I had left. I found these after my return home. Others had similar problems but all was sorted out. Not the property's fault."

"Great stay here. Only thing they could make better was having someone in the spa to keep control over the kids. Not sure why kids were allowed in there anyway but they were making a lot of noise and splashing around while people were trying to relax. otherwise it was a great stay! "

Very friendly staff

"Stayed here before, and enjoyed my stay so came back again. Reception staff are so lovely and willing to help, as well as restaurant staff. Room had strange issue where reading light could not be switched on if main light was off. Also power sockets turned off when main light was switched off. This was a small issue, and did not happen last time. Overall a great stay"
