「I imagine its just the age of the hotel showing and not so much the upkeep. We reserved this after showing up to 5 Themes and it being a room in the owners house. We weren’t comfortable staying there so we stayed here. It was the right decision. Definitely not a bad place and I won’t talk bad about it but I do think they could change a few things. 「This was a stopover going South and returning two weeks later, so only two nights in total. It is beautifully appointed, the bedrooms (en suite) are amazing and breakfast typically continental (bread, croissants, fruit juice, yoghurt etc) No evening meal available but an excellent restaurant within half a mile (ask madame) Would happily stay there again should the opportunity arise Very useful to have at least a smattering of French as I'm not sure she speaks any English, but, don't let that...

「Rien à dire sur la propreté. Cependant il faut améliorer la décoration qui à mon gout est trop ancien, ce qui laisse une odeur de renfermé. A l'intérieur de l'auberge, le climat est très froid, lorsqu'on demande d'augmenter le chauffage, il ne dure qu'un petit moment, et comme il n'y a personne à l'accueil au moment du couché, vous passez une nuit désagréable à cause du froid et du lit qui est dure à mon gout. Dommage car l'auberge a un grand potentiel.」
