「Good location, clean room, nice breakfast and friendly maids. Parking nightmare no code or instructions given before we got there. The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! Really helpful at 18:30 in middle of Tours!」

「登記入住時，櫃台一開始還找不到資料，說我已取消，後來我堅持我有訂房，櫃臺才發現他們搞錯了。飯店清潔度待加強，睡了2晚，皮膚過敏又起疹子，雖然便宜，但下次不會入住酒店！」

「Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly...
