"Thanks to a bunch of bumbling clowns supposidly 'working' on the AP7 outside of Barcalona at midday during peak travel hours, we were delayed in bumper to bumper traffic that stretched for more than 5 kms. I have no idea what the workers thought that was so funny but extremely unimpressed considering the joke was on them.
