The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. We enjoyed long walks in nature and explored thoroughly. Breakfast was scrumptious. Dinner was ok. What I mean is it all tasted fine, but it was nothing spectacular that I’d remember. The dinner staff seemed to be displeased about their tips. I overheard them complain to each other. Also some staff spoke limited German which was a bit odd.

Relaxing countryside stay
Great stay with family at this hotel in the countryside. Room was nice and clean, bed a bit too hard for my taste. Breakfast was good with everything you can expect. Buffet dinner was average buffet style. Friendly helpfull staff and premises very clean. Swimming pool and play land in different building, very popular with the kids. Nice area with possibility of bike and horseback riding. Supply shopping in nearby village 5 min by car for those with self cater apartments.

Wir waren in unserem Zimmer angekommen haben ne hatten bestimmt über 30 Fliegen im Zimmer. Beim hauseigenen Italiener wurde ich nach 60 Minuten Wartezeit nach dem ich fragte wo unser Essenbleibt beleidigt und mir wurde mitgeteilt ich solle doch für das Gehalt des Koches mir mein eignens Essen kochen.

Der Aufenthalt verlief nicht annähernd zufriedenstellend. Beginnen wir damit, dass laut der Buchungsbestätigung eine Anreise um 17 Uhr angegeben war. Vor Ort stellte sich dann heraus, dass die Anreise bereits um 15 Uhr hätte stattfinden können. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption stellte das als lapidare Fehlinformation dar. Durch ihre Kommunikation ließ sie das Gefühl entstehen, diese Fehlinformation basiere aus nicht genannten Gründen auf einem Fehler bei uns. Als mein Sohn dann freudestrahlend sagte, dass er und meine Frau dann ja aber zumindest direkt ins Schwimmbad könnten, entgegnete die Dame an der Rezeption mit einer tiefen Selbstverständlichkeit, dass sie sich dann aber sehr beeilen müssten, da das Schwimmbad ja um 18 Uhr schließe. Sie können sich die Verwirrung meiner Frau vorstellen, da diese Uhrzeit nirgends vorab kommuniziert wurde. Ganz im Gegenteil, sowohl die Homepage des Schwimmbades als auch die des Hotels weisen eine tägliche Öffnungszeit bis 21 Uhr aus. Meine Frau und mein Sohn gingen dann in die Indoorspielewelt, welche bis 18 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte. Um 17:54 Uhr ging dort das Licht mehr als pünktlich aus. Am nächsten Tag nutzen beide dann den Schwimmbereich. Von den angekündigten "Attraktionen" war wenig zu nutzen. Die beworbene, 80m lange, Rutsche war gesperrt, das Außenbecken nicht beheizt und der Whirlpool gar nicht erst in Betrieb.Selbst das Innebecken war so kalt, dass mein Sohn bereits nach kurzer Zeit blaue Lippen hatte. Absolut keine Empfehlung

Super für verlängertes Familienwochenende
Super Familienhotel. Wie waren in der ersten Januar Woche, bei sehr kaltem Wetter und dank der Indoor Speilplatz Halle sowie der Schwimmhalle hatten wir ein super verlängertes Wochenende. Frühstück und Abendessen mit wirklich guter Preis-Leistung.

Der Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Ich habe 240 €/Nacht (plus ca. 100€/Tag für Kleinigkeiten) für eine s. g. Juniorsuite bezahlt, die durch eine dünne Holztür zum Nebenzimmer verbunden war. So durfte ich 3 Tage lang von 7 - 23 den Belanglosigkeiten unserer Nachbarn lauschen. Unterbrochen nur von dem Autoverkehr ca. 10 m vor unserem Balkon 24 Stunden am Tag. Besonders sauber oder modern sind die Zimmer auch nicht. Das Frühstück ist einen Katastrophe. Die Dame, die die Tische zuweist ist komplett überfordert mit ihrem Job und zu dritt nicht an einen 0,75 m² großen Zweiertisch verfrachtet zu werden, erfodert einiges an Gegenwehr. Zudem muss man sich entscheiden, ob man lieber warme Eier isst oder warmen Kaffee trinkt. Vor beidem ist dauernd eine lange Schlange. Ansonsten ist die Auswahl gut. Zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr ist es jedoch einigermaßen erträglich. Also heißt es um 7h Aufstehen im Urlaub. Das Personal ist z. T. freundlich und hilfsbereit, z. T. aber auch einfach desinteressiert bis pampig. Housekeeping hat einen Tag einfach nicht stattgefunden. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann angeboten, dass, wenn man etwas benötige, man sich einfach an der Rezeption melden kann. Das Splash-Bad ist toll für Kinder, jedoch waren dort jeden Tag die Handtücher aus. Auch hier der freundliche Hinweise, man könne ja zur Rezeption gehen und dort Handtücher bekommen. Keine Ahnung, warum das meine Aufgabe als Gast ist. Positiv ist nich, dass es jeden Tag Aktivitäten für Kinder gibt.

Slidt og dårlig service. Fint bade- og legeland
Slidt hotel, dårlig service og uforskammet personale. Fint badeland og legeland til vores aktive 2 årige. Vi havde bestilt halvpension, men spiste der kun 1 gang pga. maden kvalitet. Morgenmaden er ok, men meget støjende restaurant. Vi havde booket bord på en af de andre restauranter, men 1 time før bookning blev det aflyst. Ikke fedt at skulle finde et nyt sted at spise uden for hotellet med en 2 årig.
