「The hotel is really nice. The building is attractive and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The bar is excellent with a good selection. The beer brewed for The Ginger Pig exclusively is superb. The room was quiet and clean. Some strands of hair in the shower though and the finishing in the room can be improved. 「We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. 「The hotel looks very new. Not sure if it’s a new built/ newly refurbished. It’s very modern and the staff there (Brighton) was wonderful and very welcoming during check in & out, luggage storage etc. Such a convenient location as it’s more or less 5 mins walk from the train station. About 15mins walk down to the seaside which is close enough. The room is clean and all essentials kitchenware included if you want to cook during your stay. We didn’t cook as there’s too much great food temptation...

「Pros - place was really near the front, and the pier. Room was a decent size and clean. There was a dyson fan to help with the heat. Eye masks and ear plugs were provided FOC (nice touch), komedia 15 min walk away. Couple of observations - there are a lot of stairs. My partners knee is not ao great and proved to be a little struggle. Fan was not enough at night when njghr temp was around 20C. I had some struggles in that code to get in did not arrive but i spoke to them on day and got it...
