「The townhouse is perfectly located between the water and the hustle and bustle of South Terrace & High Street with easy access to public transport including the free Blue CAT . Very clean, very secure, great amenities, perfect amount of 'basics' supplied - it's easy to comfortably relax and I hope we get to stay again. 」

Wotif was largely unhelpful in trying to get us into the property...local business owners went out of their way to assist. The actual owner and property managers were amazing to deal with」

「The house was amazing. I stayed with my boyfriend for his birthday and the house was so clean and so spacious. Definitely recommend a stay. I will be using them again.」

「The dishwasher wasnt working and it smelled. Couldnt contact the owner. Other guests bits and pieces left in cupboards and drawers. Most other areas were reasonable clean. Location was good for our needs.」

「The location is very good. Close to CBD, easy access to public transport but since the house only come once a week, it's better to have a clear instruction on where to place the rubbishes and how to change the towel (can take it down to the reception and get new one). Not suit for light sleepers. Can hear the noise from next door. Kitchen and kittenware is good facilitated if u want to cook sometimes.」

Good service but noisy room

"The room window isn’t sound proof; the first room I was staying looking at the main road, the noise from outside traffic came into the room. The hotel needs to do more for it. Whereas, the staff are very helpful to find another room facing backyard for me to change. "
