「The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained and clean. There's a nice bar/restaurant on the main floor. The room we booked (Exclusive Studio Suite) was not the one we got. The owner (?)/man at the front desk said that we paid for the Deluxe Double Room. I showed him the confirmation from hotels.com and he still said that wouldn't be the price for the room (that it was more in zloty) and that there was something wrong with the way it was advertised on the site. That was very disappointing. 」

「My wife and I recently stayed at this modern, newly built hotel, which is conveniently located just 10 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes by bus from the old town. 「In general everything was good. One thing, however, that I have to complain is the bed and pillows. They were just too soft to provide proper support to my back and neck. A night of sleep on such a bed gave terribly sore muscles. Otherwise, the location is great. Breakfast is good. And overall, Gdansk is lovely.」
